We do not offer monetary refunds once an order is confirmed.
However, we are happy to offer exchanges or a credit note in the following situations:

• If you have received an incorrect product (wrong design or incomplete set).

• If you have received a different size from what you ordered.

• If your product arrived damaged or defective.

• If the product doesn’t fit and you’d like to exchange it for another size or style, subject to availability.

In such cases:

Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

The exchange request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing care@threadsofmarigold.com with your order number, images, and reason for exchange.

Once approved, you can:

1. Exchange the product for another size or style, or

2. Receive a credit note for the product value, valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Credit Note Terms:

The credit note can be used only once and is non-transferable.

It can be redeemed on any product on www.threadsofmarigold.com within 30 days.

If the new purchase exceeds the credit note value, the difference can be paid during checkout.
